Guernsey data is synced daily from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission's public register, cross-referenced against the Guernsey Registry for incorporation dates. Jersey's regulator gates its site behind a bot-detection challenge, so Jersey firms are sourced from the JATCo member directory and clearly labelled as such.
Primary licensees are also cross-checked against the UK Sanctions List (no matches as of 20 Aug 2026) and the ICIJ Offshore Leaks Database — where a firm appears as a historical intermediary in the Panama Papers, Paradise Papers, Pandora Papers, Bahamas Leaks or Offshore Leaks, that's shown on its profile page. Appearing there is a normal part of fiduciary business, not an allegation of wrongdoing.
